We want you to love your Luxe Avenue purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Apparel & Fashion Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached. Items must be free of odors, stains, and damage. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Body Care & Beauty Products

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-returnable items include opened beauty/body care products, sale items, and gift cards.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will provide a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened beauty/body care products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
