How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
• United States: 5–8 business days (free standard shipping)
• Canada: 7–10 business days ($25.00 flat rate)
• Europe: 10–14 business days ($35.00 flat rate; free on orders over $150)

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. International orders over $150 ship free to Europe.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the US, Canada, and select European countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and more. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached and free of odors, stains, or damage. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return. Body care products must be unopened and unused to be eligible.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shopluxeavenue.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
